Springdale City Council will hold a public hearing at its regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 7 p.m. to receive public comments on an Ordinance recommended to Council by the Springdale Planning Commission to Approve a Zoning Code Text Amendment to Remove the Prohibition of Medical Marijuana Cultivation, Processing and Retail Dispensaries and to Adopt Text Amendments to Allow for the Location of Marijuana Dispensaries, Processing, and Cultivation Businesses in the City of Springdale.
The public hearing will be held in Council Chambers of the Springdale Municipal Building, 11700 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246.
