A. The owner of 11988 Marwood requests a variance to allow the elimination of the garage. Said variance is from Section 153.105(B) “A single two-car garage and related parking.”

B. The owner of 12065 Greencastle Drive requests a variance to construct a 13’ X 11’ deck 11 ’ from rear property line. Said variance is from Section 153.580(D) “an entrance, deck or open but roofed porch may project… not more than 50% into a required rear yard.”
