A. The owner of 538 Smiley Avenue has applied for a variance to allow him to park a recreational vehicle on his driveway. Said variance is requested from Section 153.481(D)(1)(b) ”When stored in the front yard… it must leave two additional spaces not less than nine feet by 19 feet or maintain the entire original driveway space if there originally existed less than two such spaces.

B     The owner of 978 Ledro Street has applied for a variance to allow the elimination of the garage. Said variance is from Section 153.105(B)”A single two-car garage and related parking area is required…”
