A. The owner of 853 Tivoli Lane requests a variance to allow the elimination of the garage. Said variance is from Section 153.105(B) “A single two-car garage and related parking area is required…”


B. The owner of 11093 Springfield Pike requests a variance to locate an outdoor produce sales stand on property. Said variance is from Section 153.216(A) Principally permitted uses shall be as follows… retail sales; within wholly enclosed buildings.
