A. The owner of 1329 East Kemper Road requests a variance to allow a ground sign to be placed 10’ from another business lot line. Said variance is from Section 153.531(D)(5), “A ground sign shall be not less than 25’ from another business lot line…”

B. The owner of 1152 Terrytown Court requests a variance to allow the elimination of the garage. Said variance is from Section 153.105(B)”A single two-car garage and related parking area is required…”
