A. The owner of 1140 Terrytown Court has applied for a variance to erect a utility building in the side yard. Said variance is from Section 153.097(B)(4) “All other structures… shall not project into or be located in a front or side yard.”

B. The owner of 11976 Tavel Court has applied for a variance to allow a utility building to remain zero feet from the side lot line. Section 153.097(B)(4) “All other structures… must not be less than five feet from any rear or side lot lines.”

C. The owner of 688 Park Avenue has applied for a variance to allow a salon to be operated at the residence and to construct an addition 35’3” from the rear lot line. Said variance is from Section 153.486(G) “Home occupation shall not include barber shops, beauty shops...” and 153.087 “Single household dwellings…shall have a minimum rear yard setback of 40 feet.”
