A. The owner of 876 Tivoli Lane has applied for a variance to keep a utility building less than 5 from the side lot line. Said variance is from Section 153.097(B)(4) All other structures must not be less than five feet from any rear or side lot lines.
B. The owner of 11824 Neuss Avenue has applied for a variance to erect a 48 tall fence on the property within the setback of a side street of a corner lot. Said variance is from Section 153.482(A)(3) Fences on corner lots shall not be located in the required setback for the building from the side street line.
