IX   NEW BUSINESS

 

A.     Approval of a variance for 723 Yorkhaven Road for an additional structure on his property.  Said variance is requested from Section 153.492(B) “No detached accessory building or structure shall be erected in any yard or court except a rear yard…(B)(1)…no more than one detached accessory building…on a lot in a Residential Zoning District (B)(3)…shall not exceed 120 square feet in area.

 

B.     Approval for a variance for an additional accessory structure at 11840 Mangrove Lane.  Said variance is requested from Section 153.082 (B)(4) All structures…must be not less than five feet from any rear or side lot lines.  And 153.492 (B)(3) Detached accessory buildings other than garages shall not exceed 120 square feet in area.”
