A.     Approval of a variance for an additional accessory structure put into place at 507 Dimmick Avenue.  Section 153.492 (B) (1).  “An accessory building or structure... There shall be no more than one detached accessory building, other than a garage, on a lot in a Residential Zoning District.” 

 

B.     Approval for a variance to erect an 80 square foot pole sign at 155 W. Kemper.  Said variance is requested from Section 155.531 (D) (2) “Pole signs.  Pole signs shall be limited to not more than one such sign and shall not exceed 50 square feet in total area.”
