A. The owner of 11831 Ramsdale Court has applied for a variance to leave an air conditioner unit 3 feet 4 inches from side property line. Said variance is from Section 153.488(H) “Any wall bracket or ground supported air conditioning… unit may be located in a side yard if it is no closer than seven feet to the side lot line…”

B.    The owner of 11976 Tavel Court has applied for a variance to allow a utility building to remain zero feet from the side lot line. Section 153.097(B)(4) “All other structures… must not be less than five feet from any rear or side lot lines.”
