Resident Tax Returns - Form IR
Use this form if you are a part-year or full-year Resident of the City of Springdale. Springdale has mandatory tax return filing for Residents over age 19 (if you turned 19 in the year, you are responsible for a full-years filing).

Work from Home Requirements Effective January 1, 2022, if you are a resident of the City of Springdale working from your home:
*If you are working 100% from your Springdale residence, your employer is required to withhold 2% of your wages and remit monthly to the Springdale Tax Office.
*If you are working a hybrid schedule (number of days working from your Springdale residence and a number of days working from a location outside of Springdale), your employer is required to withhold 2% of your wages earned for the days working in Springdale and remit monthly to the Springdale Tax Office.
*If prior to a “work from home” order, you worked in and were withheld to the City of Springdale and your work location has not changed, your employer does not need to change anything.

Work From Home Refund - Form WFH
Use this form if you are not a resident of Springdale, worked in Springdale before Covid-19, then as a result of Covid-19, worked from my home residence in 2021 (not entitled to a refund for 2020), and your employer continued to withhold Springdale taxes.
