The Springdale Parks and Recreation aquatic facilities include three separate bodies of water: the main pool, the baby pool, and a water slide.
The main pool has a 10-foot deep end, seven 25-meter competitive lanes and entry steps in the 2-foot area. It holds 245,000 gallons of water and is one of only a few outdoor pools in the area that is heated.
The baby pool holds 5,000 gallons of water and is a foot deep. Children ages 5 and under are fascinated by the big Rain Drop water feature which can cascade water from the top at a rate to 50 gallons per minute up to 150 gallons per minute. The baby pool is also heated.
The water slide holds 2,100 gallons of water and is 165 foot long. There are three turns and a shut down lane at the end, designed to slow riders down before they exit the slide.
