From the North – Travel down I-75 or I-71 southbound to I-275. Then travel westbound on I-275 and exit at the SR4 exit. Then turn left (south) and travel to Lawnview Avenue. Finally, turn left (east) onto Lawnview Avenue.
From the South – Travel northbound on I-75. Then take I-275 westbound and exit at SR4. Then turn left (south) and travel to Lawnview Avenue. Finally, turn left (east) onto Lawnview Avenue.
The police department is open twenty-four hours a day; seven days a week. There are always employees on duty at the police department to speak to. The telephone number for the police department is 513-346-5760. The fax number is 513-346-5795.
The Springdale Mayor's Court is located in the same building as the police department (see above directions). Court is held every Wednesday starting at 3:00 P.M. The court employs a licensed attorney to serve as Magistrate. The court also employs a Mayor's Court Prosecutor and Public Defender. The Clerk of Mayor's Court can be reached during the day, Monday through Friday, at 513-346-5778.
The police clerk on duty can accept payments at our front window twenty-four hours a day. Fines or citations can be paid in cash, check, or by credit card. Credit cards can only be accepted in person. Make checks payable to “Springdale Mayors Court”.

For reports prior to January 2, 2020, you can stop in at the police department and request a police report at the front window twenty-four hours a day. You can mail a request to us if you enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. We can also fax copies of a report to you if you have access to a fax machine.
Yes. This can be done Monday, Tuesday. Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am. There is a fee associated with this service based on whether the check is state or federal. You will need a valid form of identification with you to have this service performed.
If we have not provided good service we want to hear from you. You can call our police station twenty-four hours a day and ask to speak to the on-duty supervisor. The on-duty supervisor may be able to handle your complaint right then and there. If you are not satisfied you may come to the police station and fill out a complaint form. The complaint forms are available on the web site also. The complaint forms can be mailed to our department. Once the complaint form is received we will contact you and investigate the complaint. Anonymous complaints will be reviewed and acted upon if sufficient information is present for us to conduct a proper investigation.
