    The City of Springdale, Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Springdale Municipal Building located at 582 Smiley Ave. has requested an AMENDED application for a variance regarding the Pavement Material requirements of Zoning Code Section 153.302 (J); which requires all parking surfaces in the city to be improved with asphalt or concrete.
