The Springdale Fitness Center will provide Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat %, and Weight screening to help you see your progress and keep you accountable.
Screening take 5 minutes and will be conducted in the Fitness Center. During that time a Fitness Team Member will log your BMI, BF%, and Weight. All information is secured and confidential. Contact the Springdale Community Center to schedule your appointment, 513-346-3910.

Springdale Parks & Recreation would like to invite all community members to join us for our 1-mile fitness walk. The 20 minute walk is scheduled to take place at the Springdale Community Center walking trail. In case of inclement weather, the walk will be moved indoors. A brand new line dance with an all new instructor. Open to anyone who wants to learn to dance or broaden your existing dance horizons.
