Standard First Aid and CPR certification or equivalents required. Certification in American Red Cross Water Safety
Instructor preferred. Day, night and weekend

Part-Time
Facility Maintenance Worker
The City of Springdale is accepting applications for the position of
Part-Time Facility Maintenance Worker to work a minimum of 20 hrs/week. Applicants must be a high school graduate or a GED
equivalent, have a valid driver’s license, have commercial HVAC maintenance and
repair experience, have knowledge of commercial buildings and their systems, and be able
to make minor repairs to municipal buildings and their HVAC, electrical and plumbing
systems. Pay Range: $17 - $30/hr.
