This year at the Toastmasters District 40 Fall Conference 2006 held at the Ramada Plaza in Springdale, LuAnna Klote received the “Division Governor of the Year Award” from District 40. On the left is Ray Kramer, Immediate Past District 40 Governor and on the right is Gary Mull, International Director.
