Debris Removal Program
The City of Springdale currently offers a program to provide residents with a way of the disposing of debris that would otherwise be difficult to place at the curb for the general waste removal service (Rumpke). Residents may now request a city truck to be parked in the driveway overnight or over a weekend to load debris for disposal. Two different size trucks will be made available:

The property owner will be required to complete a request / release of liability form prior to delivery of the truck (a copy is shown on the back of this brochure). The property owner will also assume financial responsibility for any damage to the truck while parked on their property.Any construction debris must be only from improvements made by the property owner at the address where the truck is parked, not as a result of work that has been performed by a contractor, or by a resident at a location other than his/her residence.
