If you are planning on opening a:

• vending location
• retail food store
• swimming pool
• spa
• hotel or motel
• private school
• day care center
• temporary food operation
• mobile food operation

or if you already have a store in Springdale and wish to sell food items, then you will probably need a permit from the health department.
