Michael Schulz - Sergeant Michael Schulz began with the City of Springdale Police Department in August 2000 and attended Great Oaks Police Academy. Promoted to Sergeant in 2011. He is currently assigned to patrol services as a Sergeant, bike officer, Field Training Officer and property room assistant.  He is a former member of the department’s Honor Guard.  Officer Schulz also holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Affairs, Criminal Justice, from Wright State University.
