Melissa Abell - Officer Melissa Abell has been serving the City of Springdale since July 2004. Officer Abell serves as a Patrol Officer and is a member of the Bike Patrol Unit. She is originally from Lexington, KY, where she attended High School and Transylvania University. Officer Abell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary.
