Fred Romano - Serving the City of Springdale since 1989, in law enforcement since 1986.   Patrol Officer.  Previous positions held: Honor Guard Member, PR-24 Instructor, DART Agent, SWAT team.  Member of the department’s Bike Patrol Unit.  Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  Served 8 years in the USMCR.
