Elliott Cumbow - Sergeant Elliott Cumbow has been an officer with the Springdale Police Department since 1991. Sergeant Cumbow obtained his police certification from the Ohio State Highway Patrol training academy and has a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Morehead State University. He has served as an Investigator, is a Field Training Officer, a Taser instructor and has received training in Technical Auto Crash Investigation. He enjoys working on small engines in his spare time. He also enjoys running and spending time with his family.
