Barrie Norris - P.O. Barrie Norris was hired by the Springdale Police Department in August of 2000, before that she was a probation officer for Hamilton County Adult Probation. P.O. Norris attended the Scarlet Oaks Police Academy, upon graduation she was assigned to road patrol. During her seven years on the road P.O. Norris has been assigned to various duties within the department. The first being in the Honor Guard were she represented the city and the police department at events. She is also a recruiter, trying to find the best individuals to apply to become a Springdale Police Officer. P.O. Norris is a field training officer. She teaches new officers the policies and procedures that are in place within the department. Finally she is a technical accident investigator, after completing the course that was given by the Ohio State Patrol Academy.
