Vicky Ritz - Vicky Ritz started with the Springdale Police Department in July 1995, as a violations bureau clerk. She is a high school graduate. Her work background includes bookkeeping, bus driving, school secretarial work and food service. Her interest includes crafting and going to craft shows, cruises and vacations to amusement parks. When she started with the Springdale Police Department she trained with several senior clerks and rotated shifts. She is a violations bureau clerk. She assists with any project someone needs help with. She has also been trained to fill in for other department personnel in the area of payroll, accounts payable and Mayor’s Court. She has taken several computer courses to update her working knowledge. She has taken a sign language course and a two-day course in basic Spanish.
