Laura was born in New Mexico and lived in Texas before moving to Greater Cincinnati as a child. She graduated Northwest High School then attended Miami University in Hamilton, Ohio and Raymond Walters College of the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Accounting with additional study in English. She has worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for retail, non-profit and public accounting firms. Recently employed by the Springdale Police department, her position of Administrative Secretary includes a variety of duties. Bookkeeping functions include budgeting, purchase order and bill processing, and payroll timekeeping. Other duties are statistical reporting, supply management, database maintenance and archived records management. Laura is newly married and lives in Fairfield, Ohio. Her immediate family has moved often but now all live in Butler County. She and her husband enjoy cooking and travel in the U.S. and Europe.
