Bob Pieper - Officer Bob Pieper has been serving as an Auxiliary Officer for the Springdale Police Department since 2004. Officer Pieper joined the US Army in 1966 and received an honorable discharge in 1970. He began his law enforcement career in 1973 when he joined the Hamilton County Sheriffs Office. He retired from the Sheriffs Office in 1998 attaining the rank of Lieutenant District Commander. In 1998 he was appointed the Chief of Police for Sycamore Township. He left there in 2000 to accept the position of Chief of Police for City of Carlisle Ohio. He worked there until he left and accepted the position with the Springdale Police Department. Bob has had continuous service in law enforcement for 35 years. He has been an instructor at The Great Oaks Police Academy since 1980 and he is the current Security Director for Moeller High School. A position he has held since 1992. His hobbies include Fishing, Hunting and Bowling.
