President of Council Marjorie Harlow called Council to order on December 22, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.

    The governmental body and those in attendance recited the pledge of allegiance.

    Mrs. McNear took roll call. Present were Council members Diehl, Emerson, Galster, Hawkins, Squires, Vanover and Harlow.

Mrs. Emerson made a motion that Council go into a committee of the whole to discuss possible personnel issues. Mr. Vanover seconded. The motion passed with seven affirmative votes.

Council went into executive session at 7:04 and reconvened at 8:02 p.m.

Mrs. Harlow stated we discussed the Firefighters fact finding report.

Mr. Squires made a motion for Council to reject the fact finder’s report in Case Number 09-MED-10-1284 between the City and Springdale Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 4027. Mr. Vanover seconded.

The motion to reject the fact finder’s report passed with seven affirmative votes.
